DeFine Anniversary Badge FAQ
DeFine Anniversary Badges Claiming started last Friday, 1st of April. The core contributors of DeFine thank you so much for your attention and participation in our anniversary carnival. We noticed that some of the users are having difficulty regarding badge claims, so we are answering some frequently asked questions here. **Our administrators NEVER call you or ask you to send your private key. Please be aware of scammers!
1. I participated in the gleam event, but the ‘Claim’ button is not enabled in https://app.define.one/badge/one-year-anniversary.
: Unfortunately, it means that you are not on the whitelist. If you are whitelisted but still ‘Claim’ button is not enabled, please kindly contact our administrators in the official TG group.
2. ‘Claim’ button is enabled, but when I click the Claim button, the transaction keeps failing.
: DeFine anniversary badge is minted on the Polygon network — you need some matic to use as gas fee. Make sure to use the Metamask wallet, switch to Polygon network, and have enough Matic. Sometimes the transaction fail message would pop up even if you successfully claimed the badge — please check your profile.
Open https://app.define.one/, then go to “My” -> “Profile” -> “NFTs” -> “In wallet” to see if you successfully claimed DeFine badges.
3. I collected more than 3 badges but I can’t collect the DeFine Anniversary badge.
: DeFine team will airdrop the Anniversary badge after 8th of April.
